Turtle beaches are making a buzzing.?
Ok here is the deal. I had my turtle beach cord and my laptop power cord tangled on the floor. I unplugged the turtle beaches and started untangling. As I was doing this the metal part of the turtle beaches where the wire plugs into the volume control thing brushed against the computer cord where the wire wasn't covered by the plastic. This caused a quick spark and it started smoking a little. I looked at the metal jack of the beaches and it was burnt and there was a little hole in what seems to be the outer brass casing of the jack. I plugged them back in to see if they worked but when I did there was a buzzing noise coming through my headset that got louder after I turned my xbox on. This buzzing noise even happens when the Xbox is off but when I unplug the USB everything is fine. The light on the volume control is out and I was wondering what was wrong, if I could fix it and if there is a fire hazard.
