If Eto'o goes to the Premier League, what team will he go to?

He recently said (to my despair) that he wants to try a new league after having won everything in Italy and Spain. It only leaves the EPL has one of the top league. Will he go to Chelsea and partner with Drogba, ambitious Liverpool, Super rich City or Arsenal will all the french ties?
