What is the reaction mechanism and products when Sulphur Dichloride (SCl2) adds across a double bond in a large molecule such as oleic acid? (or even any (poly) unsaturated long chain fatty acid or ester or glyceride?) Is there any special conditions for the reaction or products? (ignoring the usual safety issues of such compounds)
