How do I easily untangle my dog's fur?

It's a matt. The only way to get them out pain free is to shave them out. You can try to brush it out sith a slicker brush but it will be every painful for your dog. Matt's pull on the dog's skin and they are very painful for the dog and can cause bruising and even rip the skin out. Bathing the dog with just make it worse because when it dries it gets tighter.
