Is there a game where you can grab/hold/carry random civilians/people? Kind of like Crackdown. (for PS3)?

I kind or like the concept of carrying people and bringing them to safety. I did that a lot in the first Crackdown (back when I had an xBox 360) but I havent found a game like it. Does anyone know where I can find a game like that for the PS3?
