Copyright Infringement Issue?

YouTube does not determine copyright infringement. Only a court of law can do that. Rather YouTube merely follows DMCA requirements to remove potentially infringing content at the request of copyright holders. If you do not have rights to the video, changing the dimensions of the video and adding a disclaimer are irrelevant.
