Barcelona FC fans did u actually think 27 million would buy Fabregas ?

Barcelona are greedy and they will do whatever it takes just to pay as small as possible, but I don't blame them, since they have huge debt. What I think of Fabregas' valuation? It should be 35 million pounds, at least.
