Will Liverpool finish in the top 4 next season?

I don't want to rule out Arsenal this quick. Their key players are still with them all they need is some decent defenders and their set. People think Chelsea will drop from the top 4 which I don't see it happening any time soon despite the " aging " team. All we need is a guy to replace aging Lampard. Chelsea's problem is this you don't win a cup you're fired. I love Chelsea with all my heart but sometimes they make stupid mistakes.
